Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Refugee Chama Hub, provided by Youth Voices Community. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.

Using the service

You must provide accurate information, keep your sign-in details secure, and use the service lawfully. You are responsible for activity under your account and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorised access.

Chama records and decisions

The service helps groups record contributions, loans, meetings and decisions. It does not provide banking, investment, legal or financial advice, and it does not replace the rules or responsibilities of a chama, its officials or its members. Officials remain responsible for reviewing entries and authorising transactions.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse, disrupt, probe or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service.
• Do not upload unlawful, misleading, harmful or infringing content.
• Do not impersonate another person or use another member's information without authorisation.

Availability and third parties

We work to keep the service available and accurate, but maintenance, connectivity, device problems or third-party services may cause interruptions. Payment, messaging, hosting and other integrations may have their own terms and privacy policies.

Suspension and account closure

We may suspend access where necessary to protect users, the service or legal obligations. You may request account deletion through our account deletion page. Some transaction or compliance records may be retained where required by law.

Changes and contact
