Use this form if you no longer want to use the app.
We will verify the request before processing it. Account data will be deleted within 30 days, except information we must retain for legal, fraud-prevention or financial record-keeping obligations. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Submitting this form does not cancel an outstanding financial obligation or remove records that a chama is legally required to keep.
What happens next
- Our support team reviews the request and may contact you to verify ownership.
- We disable the account while the request is processed.
- We delete eligible personal data and confirm completion by email.
